These beans come from a micro-lot that is the work of 33 young coffee producers from the Youth Committee of the Unión de Organizaciones Ocotepecanas de Café (UNIOCAFE), who participate in the Coffee Kids program. This cup of coffee has a deeper flavor that will linger on your tongue, and the caffeine level can pack a punch too.
Cupping notes: Milk chocolate, stone fruits, caramel; bright acidity, velvety body.
